‘Neurodiversity Passports’ are a resource for autistic people who might need hospital treatment.
The passport is designed to help autistic people to communicate their needs to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. It gives staff looking after you important information about you.
Unfortunately there is not yet a national standard for these passports. Here are 4, from which you can choose the one you believe will best help describe your situation.
